Agreement
By using CUBIFAI (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Fees & Billing
Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as set out in our 30-Day Results Guarantee.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to violate any law, harass any person, or send unsolicited communications outside of your legitimate business operations.
Termination
Either party may terminate month-to-month plans with 15 days' notice. Annual plans may be cancelled at renewal.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CUBIFAI's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous three months.
